Try your order for 60 days from delivery. If you're not happy with it, email us at hello@puralife.co with your order number within 60 days of delivery, and we'll refund the product price in full.
- We'll reply with the return address and next steps. Please send the item back with all its parts.
- You pay the return shipping, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong item. Then we cover it.
- Once the return arrives, we refund the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Email us within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item or refund you, at no cost to you.
Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
