• Free standard shipping on every US order.
• Processing: orders are processed within 1-3 business days (not weekends or holidays).
• Delivery: US delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after shipping.
• Tracking: every order ships with tracking. You'll get the tracking link by email when your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Carrier delays, weather and holidays can add time.

We currently ship to the United States only.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your parcel arrives damaged, email hello@puralife.co with your order number and we will sort it out.
